I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for all of the Airbnb’s that I have stayed at over the past 10 years. Everything was absolutely perfect. The home was super comfortable, clean, up to date, organized and perfectly appointed. The master suite was amazing. Parking in the garage was a nice added touch. The contact was quick to respond and communication was clear and helpful. This was my first visit to Utah and I loved every moment. I would stay here again when visiting Moab without a doubt. I’d also recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We loved this gem of a place! It felt very cozy and like a getaway family cabin. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all it had to offer. The bed was very comfy and the neighborhood is perfectly located.

Very clean. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Host was so easy to deal with. As soon as we had a question, it was answered immediately. Beds very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Moab Modern not only had everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay, but the home itself and the surroundings are stunning and architecturally impressive. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to explore Moab, Arches, or Canyonlands. Did not want to leave!

Wonderful stay, unit lovely, well designed, nicely decorated, well equipped. Jeff very responsive, everything was clear and easy to understand. Incredible scenery, good location to town and parks. Perfect for a Moab adventure!
