Welcome to Desert Sky Escape, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath pet-friendly townhome designed for comfort and adventure. Nestled in the stunning Rim Village, this retreat offers breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and is just minutes from downtown Moab and the national parks.
Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king-sized bed, providing plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. Unwind on your private patio with a hot tub, where you can soak in the beauty of desert sunsets. Guests also have access to the Rim Village Clubhouse pool and hot tub for even more relaxation.
This townhome boasts one of the best locations in the development, offering stunning, unobstructed red rock views while being secluded from the rest of the community for added privacy and tranquility.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The spacious living room invites you to gather around the gas fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable. Additionally, the home is equipped with a smart Ecobee thermostat with room-specific sensors to ensure your comfort in every room

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Lovely stay, the property was perfect. Loved the art work and every detail from sauna towels, coffee options were stocked, trailer parking availability, to the communication with the host. Excellent and worth the stay, worth coming back to stay at this property.

Very nice home, it felt like home. Great location in Moab, convenient to Arches, Canyonland and the many state parks. Jeff was proactive in communication and provided great instructions for checking in/out.

My wife and I stayed at this property for four nights during our trip to Moab. The location was perfect, far enough from Moab to be peaceful but close enough to access all the services and stores in Moab in 10 minutes or less. The property was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed and the grill and hot tub functioned properly. With this home being in the back of the complex and an end unit the patio was very private with views of the surrounding mountains. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this unit and host to anyone planning a stay in Moab.

Jeff’s place is absolutely wonderful. May be the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The place was immaculate and stocked with everything you can imagine plus more. The master bedroom suite is very spacious and beautiful. Well stocked, pristinely clean kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub each night we were there. Highly recommend Jeff’s place when in Moab!

We loved staying here! We felt at home that moment we arrived. Easy to find and easy to access. It was just outside of Moab and was at the end of a cul-de-sac with no traffic making for a quiet stay. Hot tub and porch area was perfect for relaxing after seeing the sites all day. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Always had a quick response from Jeff if we had any questions we had. Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Moab and the surrounding areas.

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for all of the Airbnb’s that I have stayed at over the past 10 years. Everything was absolutely perfect. The home was super comfortable, clean, up to date, organized and perfectly appointed. The master suite was amazing. Parking in the garage was a nice added touch. The contact was quick to respond and communication was clear and helpful. This was my first visit to Utah and I loved every moment. I would stay here again when visiting Moab without a doubt. I’d also recommend to anyone visiting the area.
