The 360° degree views of the sharp red rock cliffs and La Sals can’t be beat. The home sits on 1.4 acres so there are no neighbors obstructing your views. Enjoy them outside, or inside a house that offers thermal mass cooling and passive solar design. Immerse yourself in Moab's brilliant night sky from the hot tub situated in a quite rural setting. You’re only 3 miles south of downtown so you'll be happy you stayed here.
The bedrooms will delight you with colorful desert decor and comfortable beds. You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality organic linens. The deep windows, a trademark of the straw bale construction, are adorned with unique furnishings everyone will enjoy. Two full bathrooms allows you to get ready and out to the desert in no time.
Other amenities include fast Wi-Fi, extended living space patios and a hot tub to recycle your tired muscles for the next day’s adventures. A smart Roku TV, washer and dryer, gas fire pit are also included. The home features radiant floors and complementary HVAC heat. Both heat and the air conditioning are powered by numerous yet inconspicuous solar panels so keep that thermostat where you like it.
Unlike most vacation rentals we've experienced, we provide products for at least a week, not just your arrival. You will find laundry supplies, dish soap, garage bags, plastic wrap, foil, napkins and more. We provide Jason's body wash, but please bring your preferred shampoo and conditioner for that unique hat rack!
If you'd rather stay out of your car for the day, the Hidden Valley and Pipe Dream trailheads are just a stone’s throw away.
*Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

What Our Guests Are Saying
-
This place was just awesome. I’ve had some disappointments in the past. But not at the Moab Pearl. It was exactly as presented if not better. Great views easy access to town, nice privacy. The kitchen, dining and living room is huge and could easily accommodate 6-7 people. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The host is super professional and was on top of things from the get go. This place was so nice my brother wants to come back and stay there with his wife. I highly recommend this place.

Jeff's place was exceptional. Our standards have been set pretty high now after staying at Jeff's beautiful house. The views are everything. We visited in the heat of August and I knew having a comfortable house to chill out at in between adventures would really set the tone of our visit to Moab. It was perfect and we can't wait to go back. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great for our aches and pains after climbing. We managed to make use of it in the very early morning before the heat of the day set in. Kitchen was great to cook in. The loft was too hot for sleeping in August but it's a cute space for kids during other seasons.

Loved the adobe and southwest decor. Convenient to Moab and national parks. Comfortable bed and nice master bathroom.

The Moab Pearl was such a refreshing find. Not only were the accommodations clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but they had everything you could think of available (fully stocked bathrooms, kitchen, towels for hot tub, everything!). The beds were super comfortable (we slept like rocks). Additionally, the location was perfect, only 5 minutes to the center of Moab. Morning coffee outside looking at the La Sal mountains and the Moab fault behind the house was so lovely and peaceful. Thank you so much to the hosts for being amazing! We can’t wait to return!

Moab Pearl is the place to be! We love coming “home” to a cozy place after such a busy day in Moab. You can’t beat the location, peacefulness, and relaxation you get from staying here. It has everything you need. It’s clean, and the hosts are easy to reach out when you have questions. It’s perfect!!

The house is just as stunning in person as it is in the pictures! It was super cozy and had an absolutely breathtaking view. The hot tub worked perfectly and felt very private. The house does get extremely hot during the day (we came during a 103°F heat wave), but at night, with all the fans running, we cooled down comfortably. The place was super clean and the dim lighting made it feel extra cozy, and we felt right at home. We would definitely book again!
