Perfectly located to go to Zion, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The house was clean and comfortable. The town of Kanab had trails and activities as well. Our host Jeff was great. His instructions on checking in and out was easy to follow. He was quick to respond to all questions. One of the days we stayed the hot tub was scheduled a service, Jeff made sure we were aware. We would love to be hosted by Jeff in the future

Very clean property, comfy beds, great location. Kanab is a nice little town and it is very close to the pee-a-boo canyon. We had a great time staying at this property, zero problem what-so-ever. The house is like new, essentials provided, great AC, would highly recommend this location.
