Jeff’s place is perfect. It is closed to all the national parks and more. it was clean, cozy and bright. Amazingly cool even when temps peaked over 100. Lee, his property manager was responsive and professional at the same time made us feel at home, like to talking to old friends. We had wonderful experiences and excursions in Kanab & it starts with Jeff’s home base! THANK YOU JEFF AND LEE.

Kanab is a wonderful town near Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyon North Rim.

Super quiet neighborhood which is just what we like. Perfect house for the week of sightseeing and hiking around Kanab!

Very cozy abode for a base camp to Zion & Bryce Canyon. Very easy to find, stocked with amenities and a full kitchen. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. This place helped made my time in Kanab a memorable one.

Easy access, clean, comfortable, and great location for exploring the parks of southern Utah.

House was centrally located which we liked, clean, beds were comfortable, HVAC worked well, towels were big & fluffy, property management was very responsive and easy to work with. Note that this is not a separate house as posted on VRBO, but is part of a small group of attached homes (a townhouse). It is an end unit and doesn’t share a living wall with anyone else. There is no view to speak of, the living room window faces the living room window across the driveway.
