With 3 generously sized bedrooms, the bedding layout includes two rooms with plush king beds and a third room with two comfortable twin beds, making this retreat perfect for up to 6 guests. One of the king bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, providing both ease and seclusion.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

The home was as described. It was comfortable. The community was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Jeff was a fabulous host checking in periodically and providing tips as needed

Jeff was fantastic and responsive always! The location worked out well for us. We took a trip to Monument Valley (about 2 hours away) and it was an easy drive to the downtown Moab shops and restaurants. The layout was nice--having two rooms with king sized beds, plus the room with twin beds made it convenient to travel with our adult son & daughter in law, plus our daughter. It was nice to have room to spread out and play games at night. The dining chairs felt a little tired. The towels were plush and the space worked out well for our family! Overall, a great weekend spot just outside of downtown Moab.

Perfect place for our family of 4 in Moab. Big space, private, had everything you could want to cook, loved having a garage to park in. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff is a great host, and his place is really nice and stylish. The pool and hot tub are just a few steps away. We will definitely consider coming back one day!
