This home has a nice setting with beautiful views. It is important to know however that it is very small and best accommodates a single traveler or a couple. There are two bedrooms but they have no dressers so for a longer stay you will need to get creative about clothing storage. There is one bathroom only as advertised, dining is at a small bar only and the living area seating is barely large enough for two adults and perhaps a young child. That said, if intimacy is what you seek along with great views, this home might suit you.

The Lucky Sun is a cozy yet roomy house in a beautiful setting. The outdoor patio has a great fire pit, gas grill and seating areas, and is paved and clean. The living spaces have comfortable living room furniture and beds, and a well designed bathroom. The open kitchen contains a great range and fridge, many smaller appliances, high quality pots and pans and dinnerware. From dimmers on the overhead lighting to 2 thermostats, unique ceiling fans and the best rain shower, everything is designed for your comfort and convenience. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the location, but were only a few minutes from markets, restaurants and shopping, The snow-covered La Sal mountains were the picture perfect view, reflecting beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind. Down the road from several trails, Arches NP and Canyonlands NP are all within 15- 30 min drive! Definitely recommend staying there - it is secluded - but only 10 min from downtown Moab so you are close enough but away from the mayhem! 😏 Jeff was wonderful, friendly and responds quickly if needed. Again - great place to stay and we already miss it!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL PLACE, we enjoyed our stay so much. We love the patio's for morning coffee, grilling out and star gazing. The patios are great because the sun can get pretty intense but because there are 3-4 patios surrounding the house, you can escape the sun and sit in the shade. We loved the location and the beautiful cliffs, we went for a walk every morning. We loved the Hidden Valley Trail right next door and the location made it easy to hike that trail several times. We were amazed about how quite it was, private even though the driveway is shared with another Airbnb. We had everything we needed at the house, internet worked great too. Jeff was AMAZING. He was very responsive and super helpful in recommending restaurants and local businesses. We had a couple of questions after we arrived and Jeff responded immediately. Amazing surroundings, amazing house and amazing host. If you're trying to decide on a place to stay while in Moab..look no further. THIS. IS. THE. PLACE.

This was the hardest home to have to leave after a beautiful month's stay--the place was absolutely perfect! There was everything we needed and more for cooking, laundry, entertainment, etc. The location was perfect for us--very close to Moab without being downtown, affording us lots of peace and privacy. The outside space was absolutely incredible. It's hard to pick a favorite thing about this house, but one thing that really stood out was the view. Nothing could have prepared us for the spectacular awe right outside of the windows. When we sat down to watch TV in the evenings, we often found ourselves simply gazing out the window for hours instead. What a well-designed house. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Moab! There's even a peaceful hike right down the road that we walked to from the house several times.
