The Space:
Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers a bright and airy living area with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. The home features two bedrooms, plus a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder for those seeking a unique sleeping space. The home has two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Designed to sleep up to six with a cot for a seventh guest, Sego Lily Loft Hideaway also conveniently boasts a private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area. Parking is available to all on your own private driveway. You will marvel at the vibrant hues of Kanab's iconic red rocks staying here.

Loft: Queen bed
Extra Bedding: (1) Sleeping Cot with Sleeping Bag (for children only)
Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire home and a private patio space. The community amenities, including the pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground, are also at your leasure during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the tranquil Sunflower Skies retreat, Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers proximity to hiking trails and national parks. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for relaxation, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.
Getting Around:
A car is advisable for exploring the local attractions and getting to Kanab. Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers convenient parking, ensuring easy travel for all guests.
Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is solar heated and open seasonally. Pool is open mid to late May and closes in mid to late October (entirely weather dependent as overnight temperatures will impact opening/closing dates).
**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Jeff place was so beautiful! The view being outside was the best especially during sunset! My son really enjoyed being outside chasing the lizards and playing in the playground nearby. The house was easy to find. Everything was very clean. I really enjoyed it will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s place! It was the perfect home base for all of our adventures in Utah and Arizona. The location made it easy to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and the surrounding areas while still having a comfortable place to come back to each evening. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated how responsive Jeff was. When the refrigerator’s water filter needed to be replaced, we reached out, and someone came over promptly to take care of it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore the area!

Location was perfect distance into town and surrounding national parks. Area was very quite and house was very clean . Host was awesome checking in and providing all needed information

The cabin is very comfy and provided everything needed. Excellent base camp for all the area parks. Kanab offers plenty of dining options as well as 2 grocery stores. Aside from a slight snafu with the directions to get here, it was perfect!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was waking up each morning to the most breathtaking views. The sunrises were simply unforgettable, peaceful, stunning, and the perfect way to start the day.

The place had a spacious open feel. It had 2 bedrooms on main floor and a ladder access 3rd bedroom loft. The location was not far from Kanab and had other similar houses around but not right next to you, so it felt very private. It was clean and had most of the kitchen things we needed to prepare meals. Host is very proactive with communication.
