If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Very roomy and convenient home layout. Had a couple of problems but the host was more than accommodating and available without hesitation to help us! The views from almost every window was probably our favorite part. Bonus was the immaculate home decor and native American art displayed. This was truly a beautiful Moab masterpiece.Keep in mind, they withold 500 from your account the day before your arrival for a security deposit, until you leave and the property is undamaged. This is stated in the listing but I completely missed it!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings even more special. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring Moab. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was wonderful to work with. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Moab—you won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rim Village. This unit was exceptionally clean and has gorgeous views. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices. There were plenty of towels, linens and beach towels. The host is very responsive and kind. We spent most of our evenings on the patio enjoying the spectacular view of Moab Rim. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back.

It's our 8th time to Moab and this place was close enough to town but also close to tons of trails for wheeling. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was amazing and the little community was cute!

This is a beautiful, well furnished, and perfectly located place to stay for our usual three week stay in Moab. The inside decor is gorgeous and the bedroom and living room furnishings are extremely comfortable. And the outside views from the patio of the LaSal mountains to the East and Moab Rim to the West are spectacular.
