We stayed for 12 days. We had an incredible time. The place was spotless. There was everything there you needed.i.e. Tin foil, spices, oil for cooking, laundry soap, if we needed it he had it. The area is beautiful, close to town. The pool was refreshing after a days adventure and the private hot tub was amazing. Thank you we had a spectacular stay.

The stay was perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable! We loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. I also really appreciated Jeff’s communication—he was always quick to respond. Thanks for everything!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeff’s place! The listing was exactly as described, and the home was sparkling clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We stayed with two young kids who enjoyed the community pool/hot tub along with the private hot tub on our patio! Jeff was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

First of all, Jeff is an excellent host. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns and was straight and honest in those responses. The neighbourhood his place is in is a bit confusing to initially navigate but he posted a video that makes everything clear. The pictures on the site are accurate. Everything needed is in the house plus extras, as well. The place is quite comfortable and convenient to Moab, Arches, Canyonland, and the LaSal mountains. We’re definitely staying here when we come back.
