We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a place to do Zion, Bryce & North Rim - all less than 90 minutes. Small downtown but restaurants to eat in and fun hiking to do locally as well.

We had a wonderful stay and look for to coming back! It was perfect and very comfortable for our family and pup. Loved the peaceful backyard with views of the cliffs and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails. A surprise bonus was the extra tall garage space. After a long day of driving we could pull right into the garage without having to take the Thule off our car. Super handy if you’re traveling with a large vehicle.

Very nice house in a beautiful and quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The property manager was very helpful, check-in was easy.

The house was beautifully arranged with a beautiful view of the red rock cliffs in back. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and even the sauna in the community center. Also really appreciated the hiking suggestion book which was detailed and indicated hikes that started right in town. A great vacation home experience for our family, highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home that looks brand new. Everything was in great condition and we felt right at home. Jeff was very responsive and helpful when I needed to stay an extra night. Two things to note: Wednesday mornings the gardening crew will be at the master bedroom window at 8am without warning. It was awkward as the blinds were open and I was dressing. Also, bring your own coffee as there was none available but lots of tea.
