**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Moab! The property was great, and the beautiful view made it even more special. Check-in and check-out were both easy to follow, which made our stay stress-free. The only downside for us was the memory foam mattresses, which weren’t very comfortable for our personal preferences. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Moab!

Jeff is a property manager for this unit and was extremely proactive with communication and helpful during our stay. Condo felt a bit dated, the furnishings were rather basic, and the entire unit is painted the same beige color, including ceilings, doors, trim, but it was very clean upon check-in. Comfortable beds, nice quality sheets and bath towels. Having garage access was appreciated. Views of the canyon walls from the patio were spectacular, but the unit is rather close to Rt 191, and the traffic is almost constant during daylight hours and into the evening. Nothing walkable in terms of restaurants, etc., but the main commercial area in Moab is only 10-minutes or so by car. Overall a nice stay for our group of five adults. Would have felt a bit cramped with any more guests. We all agreed the price felt a bit steep in terms of overall value. Jeff was a great manager/host.

Property was very comfortable and cozy. Loved having a garage since we traveled on motorcycles. The views were incredible. Arrival and departure instructions were amazing, even with a video showing how to check in and get to the garbage around back.The host checked in to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed at the property 3 nights while visiting the area's national parks. The townhome offers a lot of room and the garage parking was a bonus. While we didn't use the pool, it was close by making it very convenient. This location is south of town a few miles but still convenient to Moab's shopping and restaurants. It is also very quiet inside, so no worries being close to Highway 191.The kitchen was perfect and the ice maker made filling our cooler a breeze.
