**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Our family of 6 had a great time at Jeff's place! Everything was just as described, pool right outside our door and very convenient to town. The bikes and corn hole tables and maps on the garage wall were a nice addition too! We loved our stay and hope to get back one day! Thank you for making our utah trip great!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to town and trails and the condominium complex was in a nice neighborhood. Perfect post supper walks with the family.

Jeff was a great host. The place was very clean. Everything in the house is labeled so there is not figuring out what light switch goes to each light. Loved the corn hole gsme. The baby carrier for hiking came in handy. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. This property is located by the gate to the swimming pool, which was very convenient. The kids really enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided. Though 2 car chargers were provided in the garage, they weren’t adequate so when we tried to use them, the power in the garage went out. Save yourselves trouble by using the fast charging stations in Moab.The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. It was nice to have a knife sharpener available, as we cook a lot on vacation. The laundry room was equipped with nice modern appliances. There was also plenty of pool towels provided by our host. It would have been nice to have more hand towels and another bath mat provided.

One of the best Entrada units we’ve stayed at - and we’ve stayed at lots. You can’t beat the amenities and location. Also very appreciative of the bikes in the garage and the baby hiking backpack - so great to have those available! When we come back again, we’ll look to book this exact unit next time!
