After a full day of adventure, come home to your fully-equipped kitchen or walk out to the patio to grill and enjoy the cool evening air. The main living area is equipped with a large TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc) as well as high-speed fiber internet.

This vacation home has all the comforts of home, with a spacious layout to fully enjoy your time in the desert. After a full day of adventure, come home to your fully-equipped kitchen or walk out to the patio to grill and enjoy the cool evening air. If you would rather not cook, it's a short walk to several local restaurants. While outside, be sure to take in the night sky. Kanab has some of the best night skies for stargazing - just breathtaking. Back at the townhome, the main living area is equipped with a large TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc) as well as high-speed fiber internet. Additionally, each bedroom has its own TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for guest use. There is also an attached 2-car garage for your vehicle(s) and or toys.

Pet Amenities
This townhome is pet-friendly. Please be aware of a $25/per night pet fee for each pet (max 2 pets). We have included pet bowls, bedding as well as a crate for your convenience.

Our vacation home makes the perfect location to explore southern Utah as well as northern Arizona. All under a 2-hour drive, you can visit several national parks and other amazing destinations:
Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park - 30 minutes (21 mi, 34 km)
Zion National Park, east entrance - 35 minutes (30 mi, 48 km)
The Wave - 60 minutes (47 mi, 76 km)
Lake Powell - 70 minutes (72 mi, 116 km)
Horseshoe Bend - 75 minutes (77 mi, 124 km)
Bryce Canyon National Park - 90 minutes (78 mi, 126 km)
Grand Canyon National Park, North Rim - 1 hour 45 minutes (80 mi, 129 km)
And do not forget Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, a treasure for all dog lovers! Just 10 minutes north of Kanab.

Had an very comfortable stay using this property as our base camp to explore the area. The home is in a newer, very peaceful neighborhood right in the heart of Kanab. The home is modern, spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a car garage was super convenient. Outstanding communication and clear instructions from Jeff throughout. Highly recommend!

Great location in Kanab. It was perfect for our needs and possibly one of the cleanest vrbos we’ve stayed in. Communication with the host was also great!

One of the easier VRBOs I've stayed at as far as communication and ease of check-in. The place is in a nice spot centrally located to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. They provided literally everything you'd need for a stay including extra blankets, cooking supplies, and even laundry soap. Great place for families, and although we did not have our dogs with us, the place was set up to be very dog friendly.
