**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Jeff was good and responsive. That said, I wish we had more coffee for the stay. There were just 5 K cups. Its a small gesture that should be extended to guests.

Booked this gem last second and couldn’t have been more thankful. Jeff was an amazing host and went above and beyond. Incredibly nice, great neighborhood, fantastic base for Zion exploring. Kanab is a great little mountain town. Hope we get the chance to stay again one day! Book this!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first trip to Utah, and the location was perfect: close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Page, making it super convenient for exploring 🚴♂️🥾🌲🎆 Jeff was amazing! He shared lots of helpful information before we arrived, check-in was easy, and he was always quick to respond and check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had everything we could ask for, including an EV charger, which was a huge plus for our Tesla. The neighborhood was quiet, and the mountain views from both the front and back of the house were beautiful. It was so peaceful just stepping outside. We had such a wonderful Fourth of July weekend here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Eu vim escrever com todo empenho, porque acredito ser muito importante para outros saberem do que vão encontrar, era meu aniversário de 41 anos, eu queria paz, sossego e um lugar bonito e confortável, a casa tem tudo que eu procurava, a churrasqueira, o espaço externo foram o ponto alto, tudo muito limpo nos banheiros e cozinha, atendimento por mensagem de resposta rápida, sempre fico em Hotéis e a minha segunda experiência em Airbnb foi tão boa, que meu marido disse só Iremos a Airbnbs, mas que sejam como este 5 estrelas!!!! Muito feliz!
